Words can spark something within us, awaken a knowledge that has always been there inside of us. Words can transport us, transform our state of being and state of mind. Words can express; but words can hide our truth too. What words cannot express, silence can; And what silence cannot convey fluidly Words can. I like to think of silence and words like the symbol of yin and yang ☯️ They are never separate; one cannot live or thrive without the other. Just like fire and water Hard and soft Cold and hot Light and dark. The never ending circle Where the top is also the end And the bottom a continuation of what has already begun. 🕊🪶⛰ Beautiful calm, quietude suffused me today. This weekend is for silent contemplation and inwarding.
