When we speak and act towards their lower Self, then all there is is just that dissonance and we get nowhere in the end with the futile attempt of fighting to be the right one so that we aren't in the wrong.
When we focus on cultivating our internal strength and self-mastery, our energy expands and purifies. Our mind is now trained to work with our multidimensionality, to work with what is within us instead of external circumstances and validation.
What we name as Rage, Shame, Grief, Guilt...
... are simply here to be alchemised into love. Love that is bigger than any separation of Self because it requires one to truly embrace all within.
And I know you have it in you. You know it when you know it. And it is time to really become the leader that you truly are - and it is my firm belief that to be a great leader, you must be a great student.
