By reconnecting and reintegrating the mind, body and spirit, we can change the dynamics of our energy － instead of fighting to change others or change the circumstances so we become worthy, we turn inward for an inner alchemy to take place and remember the Goddess behind the woman.
Through our body, we can remember how whole we ALREADY are. We can then control the way we perceive the world by feeling.
We can understand the workings of our feelings; we understand where the emotions are coming from － where the stories are made up in the mind, how they are pulling us back from living our fullest potential.
When we are consciously breathing, we are creating bridges between the invisible and visible worlds. We are pulling in the qi of the cosmos through and alchemising it into something physical.
This is what self-love truly feels like for me － exalted, self-leading first and magnetic for others, multidimensional to the core.
The journey to self-love is an invitation to create a vortex of stillness within us － so that we can stand as steady as the mountain, and stay as shapeless as the flowing rivers that have lived for thousands of years.
It is a commitment to bringing the best of ourselves to the forefront everyday. A devotion to honing our craft to lead with love - a mastery of our artistry as we live on purpose in our most authentic power.
