Do you remember a time when something felt so freaking hard to do that you now do with grace and ease?
I was speaking to a dear cosmic sistar of mine yesterday about how it used to get so difficult to ask for support from friends and family, people who are usually closest to us, because we don't want to sound ungrateful or complaining.
Asking for what I needed from them. Asking for what I would like to have from them. That was freaking tough because I didn't want to be told off or berated, or worse, offend anyone.
It is my profound belief now that if I ever find myself way too stuck in a belief, it is time for me to unlearn that belief by taking actions that are completely going to overrule this constraint.
It is also my profound belief now that when I am faced with something that feels difficult, it is only because I am not used to this and it is pushing my edge to expansion.
I know it is happening for me － for me to grow, for me to evolve, for me to always return to my Dao.
Stillness begins from within, and it is with every breath that I take.
I have learnt the art of feeling my feelings in my body so that I no longer attach mental stories in my head to the circumstances in which I could find unfair or unfavourable.
Feeling is embracing, and embracing them all with such love and forgiveness moves the energy that are stuck in your body, which are causing pain and aches. When energy is flowing, healing will happen. Beyond healing, you reclaim your authentic power and live, breathe and walk stillness.
I still feel pain, hurt and fears of course, but I live in my vortex of stillness knowing they are all there for me to grow into my dreams and desires.
They are here to show me The Way to embodying my vortex of stillness.
You are made of dreams.
Dreams upon dreams.
As an energetic being you are made of pure light, trillions of stars channelled into a physical version here in this dimension.
You are the Dao.
