When I talk about expansiveness, I am talking about remembering the real you, the true you - which is bloody cosmic, limitless, energy compressed into physicality, the one whose every organ, thought, word is a compression of energy, a vibration.
I am calling her out, the one who is cosmic, magnificent, the boldest, brightest and fearless badass waiting for you to unleash her into the world.
It doesn't matter what courses you have taken, what certifications you have gained － that does not mean anything when you are absolutely closed off and living in fear deep inside of you.
Many factors could have contributed to the perfecting of your Protective and Performing Personality, and we can spend all day peeling this apart and analysing each incident － or we can now set to work.
We can now see it to heal it.
Ah but not to give you another layer of "I'm fixed, I'm good now, look at me" － but to peel back all the veils and see the good stuff that has been hidden away all these years deep down, hidden away by fear, lack, heartbreak, pain, suffering, disappointment, anger, resentment...

You and only you can believe in yourself.

What are you waiting for?
What is the devastation you have been trying to outrun?
Release yourself from the bandages of persecution.
Release yourself from the confines of the limitations you have been given.

Everyone of us is here to uncover what we are here to actualise and embody.
The how is a choice.
If you desire to invest in yourself long-term, then do it with the belief you have it in you to make this your story to write. That this investment, whether in mentorship or some kind of support, is going to guide you to collapse time, to become more of you - rather than something you put money on to save you.
If you desire to make that happen, then hold yourself to your word and know that you will be supported in times when faith in yourself is hard to come by. This is what the community is for. This is what it means to be surrounded by and uplifted by those who have been there, who are doing it, and who are going to keep doing it.
If you have given your word to commit and have me there in your corner, I will be there in your corner. So don't disappear off and vanish into thin air when you have made a promise to commit to your inner work. This is a co-creation, not a one-woman dance.
