I often get asked, "How did you handle that {insert chaotic situation or person} so well?" Or "How did you turn that sh*t show into a successful experience?"
The truth is, no matter what we do as heart-centred business owners, we never operate alone.
When I began to switch from seeing these situations as against me, to cultivating an energetic shift that allowed me to embody "everything is happening FOR me", note: energetically － for you can get this intellectually all day everyday and still operate in fear-based scarcity mindset － I am digging into the very deep bottom of this treasure chest of loving presence and abundance, joy that is unattached and free from the rules of "how to attract more", "being nice" and "doing the right thing".
It is vital that you foster creativity and harmony within yourself to be a leader embodied, as well as with all the beings who work with you － be it your clients, partners, guides and mentors and even, ancestors and spirit guides, goddesses and light-beings, for without a relationship of giving and receiving, there is no connection, no communication, no commitment and no community.
When you resist changes and shut down what is coming for you because your mind is panicking and judging it all as if it is bad, you get stuck. You feel limited. You get locked into the same situations over and over again.
And all the while that is happening, those "sh*t shows" are here to show you more of your magnificence and set your authentic power free!
This is me, sharing authentically, how my energetic field is no longer distorted by these perceived wobbles of negative worst case scenarios. In a time when everyone seem to be telling us we have to "save up for a rainy day" and that worse days are coming, I know that contrary to belief that no one will have resources for inner and spiritual work, this work that I am sharing is non-negotiable.
It is absolutely crucial for creative feminine leaders to rise and make the change we desire to see.
