I cannot count now the many times that Tea Spirit has guided me back to my vortex of stillness in a Tea Ceremony on days when I find myself sitting in the void.
The strength she gives me every time I hold Her in my hands is the kind of strength I remember from the wisdom of my ancestors.
To walk with the presence of a Goddess always is to see the Highest Self in people － and hear beyond what you are being told － there must first be emotional mastery.
I do embodiment work deeply through alchemical healing that gets my body on board with what I seem to intellectually get in the mind.
This means I no longer need to shoulder my way through life with the logical mind, which survives on overcontrolling and overidentifying.
This means I am allowing my body to communicate to me what exactly is truly aligned for my soul to be free to expand and express at the most powerful and authentic level.
This is the priceless gift I have been given by the practice of Cha Dao because simply put with a famous saying in Tea: when you drink Tea, Tea becomes you, and you become Tea.
Still waters speak when you calm the waters of your ever indicative emotions through peaceful self-regulation, never with self-hatred and self-criticism.
Emotions do not hurt you － not feeling them fully does.
As Tea connects you to an outer quietude that opens the doorway to your inner stillness, you begin to surrender into the flow of your own life force.
You are powerful.
