When You Feel Like You Are Not Doing Enough

I went for a walk with Tea Spirit today.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

What is the purpose of all this? I asked. I gestured at my words, words that echoed back to me in the vast silence to which I have sent them out.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

When it feels as though all that you are doing are all for naught, it is a sign from the Universe that it is time for you to be. be who you are and the rest will flow.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

To be who you are even though you are feeling the overwhelming fear flood you.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

To be who you really are even though you are feeling like an impostor.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

Impostors are made when you cage yourself in the mind ⁣⁣

⁣⁣

Running words that you made up and have put into the mouths of others.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

Who are you when all falls away? Who am I when I keep calling out but nothing but Silence slams me in the face?⁣⁣

⁣⁣

Tea Spirit said,⁣⁣

⁣⁣

Silence is deep and profound. Silence means you are sitting still in your heart, not expecting to be heard or to save anyone.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

Silence is holding space for those who are ready to go on this journey to sit with you.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

All you are, all you are... All you are is enough. Let Silence wash you over like the crystalline waters of the stream over pebbles, smoothening your edges into softness.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

All I am. All I am. All I am is enough. Softening, softening into Source, into Awareness, into Tranquillity...⁣⁣
