F O R G I V E N E S S
I say this a lot and I know it is a hard one to swallow because there is a collective movement against this, but here it is:
❌ We cannot control anyone for how they act and what they say.
🎋 We have to become masters of our own fate.
It doesn't mean not standing our ground.
It means we have to draw our own boundaries.
It means we do not judge anyone for their own fears and stories.
❌ "That is wrong." ❌ "This is bad."
Whatever that triggers you from the outside is always a reflection.
A reflection of what lesson needs to be learnt and integrated; things you have been fighting or avoiding within you.
As long as you do not turn inward to look within, you will continue to relapse because you have not looked at your own pain.
Unresolved emotions and karmic ties lock our hearts down, with keys thrown away. 🔑
Not being able to forgive is a form of self-abandonment.
It eats away from inside out.
Forgetting is not forgiving.
In fact the subconscious always has a way of storing the past away in our bodies.
It may surface as a pain body.
Or it may surface as an ailment, an addiction, a disorder.
The memory is reflected in our physiology.
Our body keeps score.
I want you to know that I say this with utmost compassion. There is no shame in admitting that.
🌟 Every part of you is magnificent.
The truth is, most of this is not even coming from the outside. It comes from the critical voice inside of you that keeps you fragmented, framed inside your head.
👉🏻 Get this: The feeling tone body receives billions of feelings every millisecond.
