This present moment now will never be here again.
A practice that reminds me every second of the day and whenever I forget, how everything will eventually become nothing but a memory.
To stay present to all my emotions.
To stay with every being I come to know, love and bid goodbye － I go through every emotion and more with each and every single one of them.
To stay in the process and lean into my vision knowing it is coming. ⭐
What you cultivate in the sacred space of The Way of The Leaf is not separate from who you are. 🍃
Sacred artists come here to this space to create after the surrender of the need to be doing. ⚜

The Way has changed my life for many reasons. 🦋
One in particular is how I no longer feel like I could not take the beautiful feelings I had harnessed in my meditation out of the room and into the fray outside the minute I walked out of my door.
A wise old sage once said, Imagine your life without tea and if it is any different, you have yet to understand tea. 🍵
