Longing to be on Earth
Longing for mortal love;
Longing to be whole again
Like the full moon
that is cloaking us in Her silvery light.
Tea sees Her
For Tea Spirit has felt this way before;
Her foliage gilded gold by the sun and swirling clouds
On a mountaintop
She knew her time had come
To be amongst the living mortals
Alchemy
Magic happens when She is within these human hands.
Tea sees the Goddess
Her leaves bathed in the forlorn glow of the full moon.
She brings the moonlight to us
Now
In this bowl of Tea.
