𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐈 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐦𝐲 𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐯𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 & 𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐝𝐚𝐲. 💎 "I don't have enough." It is no longer acceptable to go by the socially acceptable and condoning ways that have led so many down the paths of depression, anxiety, "never enoughness" and shame.
