What is at play here goes skin deep, for the truth is our body is not just a physical vessel that we see and assess and critique.
The body is really the communicator of our soul.
The body is the vessel you took on to experience this life on Earth as a spiritual being.
This disconnect creates endless fight-flight-freeze issues for your nervous system. 😓
