She is the Goddess of Compassion.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ She is form and emptiness and that is why She is the Dao. 🌌⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Perhaps the idea of shadow work can be terrifying for most people.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ The idea of facing up to your deepest darkest secrets and the emotions you have been pushing away from sight.⁣ 🖤⁣ ⁣⁣ The old paradigm had not taught us how to deal with emotions.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ The old paradigm taught us to freak out when we are feeling any "negative" emotions coming up because somehow along the lines, we were led to believe that thess emotions are bad, and so we suppress them and shove them aside.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I now know my days spent floundering in anorexia and zero self-worth, being pushed around and trying so damn hard to prove myself, was my way of controlling my external reality because my internal chaos was something I totally avoided addressing.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Trying so damn hard to kick my true nature to the kerb because she has been called many names:⁣ Selfish⁣/Not good enough⁣/A fake⁣/An impostor⁣/So weird⁣/Mystifying/Baffling/Big spender/Too sensitive (that it is a weakness)⁣/Too intense (feeling too much)⁣.⁣ ⁣⁣ 🕯 But my soul was dreaming so loudly that I could not ignore the signs that there is a world out there, the very same world I knew deep inside of me existed.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 🌼 I found my tribe, my sangha just by being me.
