In love and light, we served Tea 💛 Today I had the pleasure to sit in silence with Tea and @teatom4.2 as his morning comes through the windows, while my day settles into afternoon. I learned through this tea brother how to serve myself with my whole heart, something I often neglect to do as well as I serve others. To affirm that it would seem the morning light had something to say too (swipe into my Stories to see the beautiful prismic silhouette and radiant light beaming upon my tea brother!) 🌿 Let's send love and light out, bowl by bowl. It would be my honour to sit with you should you feel called to connect through the digital world – after all, it is through Tea that we make new and lifelong friends. 🙏
In other news, I am happy to read that Mei Leaf, one of the great tea purveyors of loose leaves here in the UK, has addressed Tea's role in this difficult time, and also releasing a TCM formula for those who are intent on fortifying their immune system further. In fact, Wu De's Tea Medicine has almost prophetically touched on this: "Tea is the 'emperor of all medicinal herbs' because it is useful on a daily basis, treating all that is human. It is 'adaptagenic', which means it helps to treat all issues of mind, body and spirit. It aligns us with Spirit and Nature. And it does so on our terms. There is no herb as decidedly human as Tea."
