In truth, the body is... neutral.
It exists the way you want it to exist.
It is what you label it to be.
You can be self-sabotaging even though you're doing all the right things when you have a deep subconscious block that you don't even realise or are not aware.
Can you think of someone in your sphere now who has a body that is not what you would deem ideal and is living really happily without giving a f*ck about what others think?
Can you think of someone who has your coveted body and yet doesn't have a restrictive lifestyle, eats whatever she wants, doesn't have a strict rule around food and exercise?
Really feel into it. What is coming up for you?
Now, think of anyone you know in your current sphere who has gone through disordered eating and recovered fully. Do you know anyone of them?
✊🏻🌠 When you can see the outcome of someone who has successfully made it, you challenge your limiting beliefs. 🎆

And when you do you begin to rewrite and fire and wire your neural pathways.
You stop trying to make others change.
You change and all things will follow.
The amazing thing is, healing will then simply be the byproduct.
You are living your life, loving life, and one day you wake up and know, "Oh. I am embodying me. I feel like me again."
Underneath the layers of emotions you encounter, like waves upon the sea, you ride them like an expert because you know these emotions are your signposts of what is up inside your body.
You longer hide from them. You no longer fear the ED voice.
You've got it down pat.
Imagine it. Visualise this. Embody this. How does it feel?
Ultimately, your future is in your own hands.
If you're trying to break the cycle of restrictive eating and nothing seems to stick, you might need a real look at what you're doing and get help with what actually works. I'd love to help you get on track.
