we fear darkness, not because of the idea of darkness alone, but because we are attached to the idea that we will lose the ability to see, to know, when we are in the darkness...
Boundaries are not permission slips to behave like an arsehole.
Self-love is not a permission slip to do whatever the hell we want that hurts others.
Practising everyday without the intention to show up and be present, committed to expansion and uplevelling, is as aimless as going to work from 9 to 5 and coming home everyday not even remembering what you ate for lunch.
It is a hard one to swallow sometimes, but most people do not even realise that when they say they have tried everything, they have not tried everything just yet.
Do not confuse the mind as your true self.
Come back home within to who you really are.
You are not separate from the stuff that makes up the Universe. Your origins in the Dao is one and the same.
Finding that harmony is non-negotiable to living in your fullest expression.
When I first came back from the pit of my rock bottom, I had not known meditation. I had no idea what slowing down or going within even meant.
