♡ G R A T I T U D E ♡ Sharing Tea is my way of helping to alleviate some of the uncertainties surrounding our hearts and minds right now. I sit with Tea everyday to go inward and find answers that are already within. It is through rituals such as this, through creating a sacred space to just be, that I find true beauty in simplicity and impermanence. Keeping an open heart and open mind: I am honoured to live by Cha Dao, The Way of Tea to living life. If you'd like to join me in raising a few bowls together I will be posting more updates as we go. Speaking of you and me, I feel truly blessed to have received so much support already from everyone, friends and people from the Internet I have yet to meet in person.
