Doing the inner work to become the vibrational match for what you are seeking is a journey.
There are so many "manifestation techniques" and strategies out there, but they don't talk about one thing that is so non-negotiable in this journey.

And that scares the living daylight out of most people because the fear of the unknown can be very real and something we instinctively try to outrun.
It doesn't help when the regulation of the nervous system has been sorely neglected. 😬🥵
There is not enough space.
There is little to no connection with nature in a way that there is a disconnection with our true nature to be self-healing and self-regulating.
There is not enough awareness in their upbringing to be truly empowered and embodied in their own authenticity and wisdom.
💀 And so the reliance and outsourcing of power to feel and identify as something, is truly the slow crumbling death of a person.
If there is no consciousness or willingness in there to lift off from these chains, one can truly lose oneself completely and numb away to the point of complete and utter disillusionment. 🧟♀️
🌀 Understanding how to work with the unknown, and understanding how the cyclical rhythm of life works is truly the way to unattach from outcomes and the mind's control over your life.
