I know it feels terrifying to release all control and give yourself full permission to eat.
I know you truly believe that if you do you will eat with a bottomless hunger because you've been there once or twice when you've decided to give that a try, and that unstoppable hunger threw you into a completely foreign state of mind and you hate it.
I know it makes you feel like you have wiped out the entire system you have built so meticulously, destroying every sense of self your mind held so dear.
