In the tradition of Cha Dao: When everything is seen through the eyes of gratitude, everything is divine. Abundance flows in accordance with the Universe. And with each ceremony in honour of the Leaf, Tea flows through as an expression of the Universe, also known as the Dao.

I am pleased to offer a private one-hour sit that includes a ceremony with Tea, followed by a time for sharing, poetry, and Oracle card reading (upon request) at the end. I also feel into the energetic fields and allow guidance come up for you. Whatever that makes your soul sing, I will hold space for you.
​
Through silent reverence for Tea to reconnect you to your body, and then through regular tea sits to change your dominant vibration level forever you will find yourself living in a new vibration as you get and stay in touch with your truest, highest Self. Synchronicities shall happen. Manifestation has already begun. A moment for reflection after the ceremony allows you to steep and wire in your new Self.

For in-person Tea Ceremonies in Malaysia, fee is as such:
early bookings RM2,000; full price or 3 to 1 day prior RM2,650 (serving for 1 up to 5 people). Guests will also receive a door gift of living Tea and instructions to sustain a daily practice at home. Payment is to be made through the local bank account so please get in touch here and we will be ready to assist you through the process.

For payments made in HKD, the prices for the virtual Tea Ceremonies are as follow: HKD5,200 for one-to-one, please contact me for a quote for virtual private group bookings. By booking in for a Tea ceremony, you release LiYing Lim, When Still Waters Speak, from any liability arising out of any personal injuries or damages that may happen.

Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability
I hereby agree to the following:
That I am participating in the Tea Ceremony offered by LiYing Lim, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the ceremonies, programmes or workshops offered by LiYing Lim.
I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition, which would prevent my full participation in these ceremonies, programmes, or workshops.

If I am pregnant I understand that I participate fully at my own risk and that of my unborn child/children.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Tea ceremonies, programmes or workshops, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the programs offered by LiYing Lim.
I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against LiYing Lim for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in these Tea ceremonies, programmes, or workshops.
I hereby take full and sole responsibility from any liability of loss or damage to personal property associated with all events and ceremonies held by LiYing Lim
I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue LiYing Lim or its employees for any injury caused by their negligence or other acts.
