After connecting deeply with my soul, my life shifted from being highly managed and controlled by my mind to
Opening up to a life of devotion, presence and stillness.
Though beautiful and extraordinary, I noticed that between what happened and nothing is happening yet...
I felt like I no longer knew who I was and what I was here to do as I was becoming more misaligned with the old paradigm standards.
Though tempting, going back to old linear ways did not work either.
Eventually, I found myself in a deep surrender.
Sitting with a bowl of tea in my hands,
I experienced something I had never known before—what it meant to be fully here.

In my breath.
