When fantasies have become a flight response and coping mechanism, it becomes self-sabotaging.

🔮 Dreaming is amazing. Dreams are the starting points for realities we create.
But when dreaming becomes escapism, it can truly become a protective personality that is created to hold you back from getting hurt again.
🗝 The depth to which we give ourselves the permission to create the dream life we desire is synonymous to the depth of sorrow, disappointment, and fears we allow ourselves to feel.
Life is full of paradoxes. The one thing that makes life so complex and divine all at the same time is that very fact.
🍃 When I admit that I have all these other sides to me that are "bad", I can love myself back to wholeness and go into every situation truly open and true.
🌊 Saying yes to creating dreams into reality also comes with facing the inner work of transmuting scarcity mindset, the fear of showing up, the energy you give to limiting beliefs and all the past heartbreaks, and more.
The journey doesn't end, and it certainly only gets better in so many ways.
I can't tell you how many women come and thank this alchemical work that allows them to speak of their darkest secrets and gives ground to their greatest fears.
