Its very aliveness can help us be present in the state of the moment － be it in yin where we are asked to be fluid, open, and allowing, to become receptive to the forces that are at play in the moment; or in the yang, where the situation asks of us to be active, alert and aware, ready to move into aligned actions.
The Way of Tea moves us gracefully from one state of formlessness and subtle energies to form and gross physicality where natural laws apply, and eventually, this higher state of consciousness becomes our embodied way of living.
It goes beyond drinking tea in ceremony. It is life lived in ceremony everyday always, in all ways.
The true story of Tea begins... in stillness.
Like a single Leaf...
Dancing in the air...
And landing gracefully on the surface of a still lake...
