🕊 The journey of a healer, writer, and artist is and can be forlorn.
But it doesn't have to be that way.
And the choice is always yours to make.
The moment I committed to leave my deep sense of "never enoughness" at the door, I threw open previously unseen doors and entered multidimensional psychic portals when I embraced my fears.
💔 Inexplicable explosions of emotions are simply accumulations of energy that had not been released.
When a wave of emotion hit me out of the blue, I used to feel so much chaos to the point where I just remained in a paralysis of some sort.
🌪 Inside of me was a furious tussle between the angels and demons － Whilst I knew what was good for me I berated myself because I knew what was good intellectually. I cursed myself for the emotions I was feeling because I knew I shouldn't be feeling this way.
There was no room for compassion for myself.
It didn't even cross my mind that I was self-abandoning and self-sabotaging.
I was just so terrified of being found out that I was struggling.
I was wallowing in my wounds of loneliness and lack of love.
😪 "It works for everyone but me. I've tried it all and it didn't work. I've been hurt. I've been ripped off. I've been betrayed."
🤧 "Why can everyone have it all but me?"
😭 "Why does it seem so easy and effortless for everyone but me?"
We fight so hard to be approved.
We fight so hard just to be seen, to be loved.
🧝🏻♀️ But the truth is, the only one who has to approve of us, see us, love us, is ourselves.
What is yours cannot be stolen.
🌟 That is true, and of course, one of many reasons why you must create the life you are born to have if you haven't already.
