Let's talk about opening your mind up to no-name, no-status, no-self.
Inside my programme A Space To Be Free, there is no module to teach you how or what to eat.
Instead of teaching you how to eat intuitively, I want you to be able to tune into your own intuition first.
DE and ED tendencies show up for us who "should" hard-core.
My hope here is that you can choose to eat not because you should, but because your heart does a little flutter when you see this food; because your body wants to, with the grateful knowing that you are offered this right now and can always turn it down with the intention of simply not wanting it right now, knowing you can always have this later, completely detached from the outcome as you make your choice.
Because let's be real:
What could possibly be worse than "should not"-ing ourselves for our entire life?
Therefore, I come from the middle space of our body － the heart, the ever forgiving organ and sentient feeling life force that connects us to both our mind and body.
We set intentions to connect from the heart to always give you permission to live.
We learn together to pour your soul, by first defossilising your ego-fortified heart, and then like melted wax, we pour this malleable you into the vortex of self-love and freedom from disordered eating and body dysmorphia to reclaim your true nature.
No-name, no-status, no-self.
Eating is natural. Feeling good is natural. Loving your body is natural.
Your body becomes the safe place that it always has been. You remember now how safe and held you are within this body.
I will guide you to rewire your language and perceptions from the non-belief space so you don't get triggered by comments on your body or weight ever.
Full recovery is about staying rooted despite whatever you feel are moving through your body, which is a vast ocean that is constantly changing and evolving. Let's start respecting this constantly evolving mega manifestation of the Universe. Nothing ever stays the same, so why should your food intake?
Living well and above all the fear-based conditioning of a heavily pro-diet culture is my hope for you. So let's do this.
