Everybody trying to sell how they are extraordinary and the best...
And there's me right here, saying I am ordinary. 🤭
I am not striving to be the best, only to be better.
Because, let's face it, even if you hire the best mentor or the best surgeon, have the "best" candidate for a husband etc etc - if you don't feel any differently about yourself. if your perspective doesn't shift, if you still think it isn't enough, waiting on the next big fireworks after this one - you will never feel aligned or authentic.
This is because nothing outside of yourself can ever fill the emptiness, the unworthiness, inside of you.
Worthiness is only man-made and serves the purpose of awakening people (I am not saying it isn't bad as a goal, I am saying it isn't the end goal).
Once you are awakened, you realise that there is no such thing and that the only thing that is true is your evolution, which is often a journey that goes ever deeper within.
I am in love with the ordinary everyday of my life.
Cha Dao helps me hone in on the extraordinary in the ordinary because it sharpens my ability to feel the subtler energies - and as energy flows, healing happens. I can really FEEL. My perspective shifts radically.
That ordinariness actually gives me my extraordinary powers to be who I am, to show up for the incredible women who align with my vision.
It gives me the effortless power to guide my clients to find the miracles and magic that are already here in their lives everyday. Yes!
They find abundance and love and possibilities everywhere and that shoots their potential to the roof and beyond. They own their inner Goddess and become the most authentic expression ever RIGHT NOW - not in the next three months, years, but transformation is already underway NOW, and it only ever gets better and more beautiful as they soften into their vortex of stillness and embody their purpose.
Talk about results, whew! But back to this:
I find majestic love and divine presence in the contours of the clouds, the way water ripples, the way tea tastes in a particular bowl, the feeling of a book in my hands, the way skin touches each other and is charged with possibility...
I am in love with the ordinariness of life because it reminds me that I can lean into my self-investment not because someone told me it is going to lead me to a pot of gold and that they are the best - but because I followed my intuition, and have my own back.
This is the energy of knowing I am the only factor that is going to decide what I become and what I take away from this investment into my evolution.
Mainstream wellness would have you think that it involves some complicated roadmap to get there - and you end up wondering why it never feels close enough.
Frankly I am so grateful that I am ordinary.
I am an ordinary woman, practising Cha Dao everyday in my ordinary home.
I am so grateful that when the extraordinary is tapped inside the ordinary, there are thousands of years-older generations that have walked this path and have now passed down this wisdom to us. We do not have to reinvent the wheel - we simply have to understand, embody and imbue these ancient wisdoms with our openness and devotion.
The Great Mystery, Dao, lives in everything - the ordinary, the extraordinary...
So there is nothing bad about being ordinary.
It is so fucking liberating to say this - I am ordinary, and I am so okay with it!
Because when we are ordinary, we are also extraordinary.
I am now floating into the isles of the Gods on the third bowl of Tea...
