I used to be embarrassed by the amount of content I would create.
I used to hold back lest I got told I was too much.
I write frequently, almost daily. I love posting. It is kind of like a diary to me.
I am now so effing proud I do.
Firstly, now that I am comfortable with the knowing of I do me and they are doing them, I feel differently about frequent content creation versus occasional posting and the magical connections that seem to sprout out of those people.
Having a spirit-led business means that when I evolve, so does the business that is centred upon leading with love.
I am a mentor whose content could touch someone's life out there.
Content that can inform others of my personal embodiment of this sacred practice of Cha Dao, embodiment and alchemy can land for us in our relationships and the way we act, think and live.
Why the hell would I hold back from sharing?
I needed to go inward first and simply learn to receive from this powerful practice － many of which cannot be taught in words, but simply received in the heart.
And yet this happens to so many beautiful women.
Perhaps you say there is "no time" to be still.
You fear living full out because you are afraid you would fail.
You keep saying you would do something amazing but end up cancelling on yourself because of circumstantial reasons. You come last.
The feminine way of self-victimisation and holding back are self-sabotaging in many ways.
The masculine way of fixating on a "one size fits all" solution, speeding towards results while suppressing the perceived "bad stuff" and value of content over space is also going to burn you down.
When you are not sharing your messages with the world － this fear of judgement is oftentimes due to a lack of integration between all three mind, body and spirit.
This is where energy circuits come in to transform pain into purpose － that allows you to perceive things as the cosmic being that you really are, live on purpose and truly embody your truth.
This is why I am so honoured to be able to share my sacred work － a blend of Cha Dao · The Way of Tea · ancestral wisdom, energy medicine of alchemical Daoist healing, bioenergetics and embodiment breathwork － that activates your neurocircuitry to process information differently than most of humanity is doing now.
Be bold. Be brave. Safe is not an option for the multidimensional leader. A deep knowing is － and the bridge of faith in the unknown is the way to cross over to the promise land of a heart-centric embodied way of living.
