🍃 Let go of the regret for "the one that got away" to fully manifest your potential here as a cosmic being living a human experience. 🍃
When I contemplate the reasons why I have chosen to come here to this earthly existence, which is truly the edge of our cosmic consciousness, I often go to all the things I have called miracles that I have received so far.
There are those faces with whom I could relate with deep gratitude for they gave me the kind of impact that would change my life － gestures of kindness, one-off sentences that were encouraging or complimenting in a way that caught me off guard, and the bigger momentous awakenings that summed up the days I lived about four years ago.
An eye doctor who told me I need to start looking into yoga and meditation when she was examining my thyroid (after being bounced around numerous departments as undiagnosed, I landed at her door quite serendipitously. I always refer to her as "Guan Yin in disguise" now).
After fully committing to recovery from anorexia within two years, I knew there was something big waiting for me but I did not know what.
I got down to my knees in meditation one day, and I asked the Universe: please show me a sign.
Very soon afterwards, an invitation to join a Tea Ceremony experience landed in my inbox.
My life was forever transformed.
Have you had these experiences?
Maybe these people are no longer in your world... maybe you are no longer in contact...
But I remember: as and when I feel lamentation or sadness reaching for me, I embrace them all in the deep knowing that in spirit, whether they are still alive here in this realm or not, they are always with us in our hearts, in our consciousness, in our actions.
They came into our lives exactly when they needed to, and I am more true and authentic than before because of these little pointers. I know we met many lives before and struck up a contract to meet again for a reason.
They are you, and you are them.
This is the multidimensional jewel that constellates the Universe, every facet a reflection of us, ad infinitum.
And there is never wrong timing or missed opportunities in this realm － what is true will always come back if it was overlooked before.
There is never anything wrong － only long. The benevolent Dao always comes around until you embody the understanding.
