My teacher says this often: How you do one thing is how you do everything.
It is not what you do...
But how you do it.
Isn't this why there are countless ways to get to where we want to be, modalities, diets, roads to paradise, modes of transport, strategies...
And yet some don't get there, and some do.
This is why I share my sacred work with Cha Dao {The Way of Tea}, because Tea Ceremony held with leaves from indigenous ancient wild-growth trees has an innate quality that can flush out our critical egos and external noises...
So that we can become our truth, and stand unwaveringly united with our divinity.
There is truly so much I can say about this way of living that this caption won't do justice. And is it any wonder? There have been thousands of books written on Cha Dao, and life with Tea keeps evolving with deep consistent transformation and integration, just as the Way never ends.
There is no doctrine, no dogma, and Tea and Zen are so intricately interwoven.
My clients have gone on to work with Tea in various different ways. Some had healed and completed the relationship in our space, some have Tea as a private practice, and others have woven this into their work.
And here is the full circle: it isn't about what you do, it is about how you do it.
My magnetism, my energy and my soul are powered by Tea Medicine － and I carry this beyond ceremony, beyond physical body to connect with the energetics of the cosmos and lineages.
