As I place my hand on the lid of the teapot and feel the heat penetrate through the ceramic walls to my skin, I begin to say silently to Tea: Tea, thank you for the everflowing transmission of love, light, energy and wisdom that you are flowing to us. We are allowing. We are receiving.
There are times in my life when I couldn't make any sense of what I was going through. There was a time when waking up felt so painful that if lying in bed all day had not felt even more painful, I would have just given up completely.
There are times like these in all our lives. And I am no exception.
What makes a difference is my practice, this connection with Cha Dao that truly offers a solace, a space to which I could turn inward and secluded myself from the world of dust, of overwhelming noise. Here I can sit in tranquillity, with no identity, time, no name, no social status.
I could just be.
As I do this I am consciously stepping into the quantum field as awareness. I can create anything, any feeling and emotion, here in this space. It is a truly remarkable ability. To sit and heal and regenerate our stories; to rewire our neurons and on a subtle level, open up our hearts.
Surrendering to the unknown. Releasing to allow light to come in.
In situations where you feel overwhelmed, you can always remind yourself that you can choose to give over to a higher power that is your awareness, source, inner voice, spirit guides, and ask: What do I need to know right now?
